Role Purpose
The Account Coordinator role is to be a key support and liaison between Account Managers, Project Managers, clients, and internal teams. The Account Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless project execution and maintaining strong client relationships. Your mission is to collaboratively manage projects, track progress, and address any challenges or risks to achieve project goals, client satisfaction, and uphold the company's core culture pillars. The Account Coordinator strives to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, championing teamwork, excellence, client-centricity, and integrity in all interactions. Your dedication to efficient communication and adherence to established processes ensures successful project outcomes and reinforces the company's commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Attend brief calls with Account Managers and Clients to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
· Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure accurate project briefs are captured, accurately recorded in the system and submitted to Design.
· Support Account Managers by addressing client queries, clarifying briefs, and ensuring smooth communication between the client and internal teams (Sales, Design and Operations).
· Build, develop, and nurture relationships that are vital to the success of projects, fostering strong partnerships and client satisfaction.
· Respond and handle all client issues and communications in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
· Understand and assist with the end-to-end process, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to established SLAs, client timelines and budgets.
· Understand project expectations from Account Manager and key stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
· Foster collaboration and ensure alignment on project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
· Track project milestones and deliverables, regularly monitoring progress and addressing any deviations from the project plan to keep projects on track by connecting with the appropriate teams.
· Update project timelines and milestones using Monday.com CRM and Project Management tool, ensuring realistic timeframes and raise any concerns.
· Proactively identify inefficiencies in the process and raise them to the Account Managers for guidance, training and process improvement.

· Attend team production and design meetings to contribute insights, provide updates, and address any challenges or roadblocks.
· Attend team meetings, take detailed minutes, and distribute them to the team members for reference and follow-up.
· Maintain regular and open communication with key stakeholders, remaining professional at all times.
· Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric approach.
· Strong understanding of the end-to-end process and impact on the global team.
